As a small business owner, you never want to get into the habit of thinking you can do everything on your own.

In addition to hiring top notch talent (such as a social media manager), there are thousands upon thousands of resources (online and off) you can rely on for assistance.

While you’re sure to come across one resource after the next – some of which are more helpful than others – here are three that deserve your immediate attention:

1. U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)

Many small business owners are familiar with the SBA for one reason: its loan programs.

While you can turn to the SBA for all your borrowing needs, you don’t want to stop there.

For example, you can connect with your local district office for more information on business counseling, training programs, and much more.

2. Udemy

Knowledge is power in the business world, and Udemy is the place to turn if you’re interested in online learning.

With approximately 65,000 online courses, you may be pleasantly surprised as you scour the many offerings related to your industry.

Not only can Udemy courses enhance your knowledge of thousands of subjects, but they’re affordably priced.

3. SCORE

Let’s face it: every small business owner can benefit from working one-on-one with a mentor.

If you don’t know where to turn on your search for a business mentor, SCORE can help.

With more than 300 chapters and 10,000 volunteers scattered throughout the country, it won’t be long before you’re working closely with a mentor who can answer your questions and help you grow your business.

Tip: SCORE is also well known for its free workshops. In addition to obtaining knowledge, these events provide powerful networking opportunities.
