Sales Account Manager at FreshLime is an exciting opportunity at a dynamic tech start up in the heart of Silicon Slopes. You will be able to connect with small business owners that are interested in improving their marketing and bottom line sales with the FreshLime and Dasheroo platforms. There will be the opportunity to earn a solid base plus commission which means the sky is the limit for earning potential. Through a combination of mostly warm and sometimes cold leads you will be focused on closing deals and building FreshLime as an individual and collectively as a team.
- Schedule your own appointments to maximize the # of small business owners you can meet with every day looking for FreshLime’s solution.
- Establish new accounts after planning and organizing your daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Master the features and benefits of the FreshLime and Dasheroo technology platforms and be able to present this platform to increase sales to individual business owners and larger groups.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential customers.
- Submits orders to the Account Manager taking over maintenance of the account by referring to the history of the account.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
- FreshLime Sales Account Managers should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they are presenting FreshLime as a tech platform mainly over the phone after appointment setters are getting prospects on the phone.
- 3-5 years sales experience a must
- Enthusiastic attitude and a self-motivator

Appointment Setters/Inside Sales
An Inside Sales Rep at FreshLime is an entry-level sales position. You will be constantly engaged to support the sales executive team which includes contacting cold or warm prospective customer leads. You will function as telemarketers but not actually closing a sale over the phone. You will be primarily setting appointments for FreshLime Sales Executives.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Incoming Calls – this includes taking incoming calls from prospective clients or customers and they are setting appointments for a sales executive to meet with each individual.
- Outgoing Calls – making outgoing calls are being done by most appointment setters by way of lists made by people who express interest through websites, e–mail, or direct mail coupons or through automated dialing systems.
- Data Entry – Tracking any appointments you have made throughout the day.
Position Requirements
- FreshLime appointment setters should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they are working mainly over the phone as the first contact of clients.
- Detail-oriented because you will have the responsibility to document and provide all information needed for an appointment to happen.
- Priority sales experience a bonus!
- Enthusiastic attitude and a self-motivator
- Likes to work individually and as a team
