Elizabeth Hinzmann is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the current owner of Quench IV Spa in Omaha, Nebraska. Her career as a Nurse Practitioner started in 2013, and she still works in family practice today. In the last couple of years, Elizabeth decided she needed something else to do on the side. After years of research, she decided to start her own business and venture into IV therapy.

We asked her what it was like starting a brand new business during a year like 2020 and she said, “It’s been a struggle with Covid, especially with trying to get the word out about what we do. The good news is a lot of people will share with friends and family after their experience with us because of how great they feel”. Though IV therapy is popular in major cities around the country, it was a newer concept to bring to the Midwest. Word of mouth and repeat customers have been great for spreading the word about Quench IV Spa. 

A Desire To Help

“I think I was put on earth to help people”, Elizabeth told us. From a young age, her parents recognized her gift & desire to want to help others. They pushed her to go into nursing school, and all these years later she has found a new way to continue to help others.

Elizabeth keeps herself busy as a Nurse Practitioner, Business Owner, and of course Mom too! Her kids absolutely love her newest business adventure, and she said they love coming in to help customers, even if it’s just grabbing a blanket for the customer while they sit in their massage chair. Elizabeth’s goal is to create a relaxing environment for patients to receive IV nutrients so they can feel better faster. With a staff of experienced nurses with all sorts of unique backgrounds, Elizabeth and her team can’t wait to be able to help more people start feeling better!
