Your followers will appreciate the love and curious consumers who haven’t yet used your business will be impressed with your thoughtfulness!
Your customer interactions should always be creative, personalized and meaningful. As with any other relationship, consumers aren’t likely to continue working with your business if there is no connection between purchases. Use this time of year to focus on why you value your customers, and let them know how you feel.
