This week our lime inspired eats recipe is a little different. We decided to mix things up a bit and find a recipe for preserved limes! These salty and tangy limes can be used in different marinades, sauces or just mixed with butter to add a little zing.

If you’re a fan of salty foods, you need to try these preserved limes. Similar to preserved lemons, they are easy to put together and will stay fresh for about 6 months after making them. The limes take about one month to make, but the great news is.. you only have to spend about 10 minutes getting them ready! Once you have your limes prepared, stick them in the fridge for one month and then enjoy!
