No longer! Now with the new Reviews Timeline you can quickly and easily respond to customer feedback, across multiple review sites, all within a single interface!

No more bouncing back and forth to different sites to view and respond to important customer reviews. Simply link your Google and Facebook accounts inside FreshLime to instantly respond when you receive a new review or rating.

Every review is important
Everyone strives for 5-star reviews but we know sometimes a customer might have a less than stellar experience. If you receive a negative online review there’s no need to panic. Just hop into the Reviews Timeline and post a response on behalf of your business to resolve the issue.

Responding to all reviews (the good and the bad) shows both current and prospective customers that you care and that you work hard to maintain your online reputation.
Get the creative juices flowing
When responding to customer reviews it’s important to craft a personal note so it comes off as sincere. Nobody likes to receive a stale canned response. If you need a little help getting started we’ve created a bank of pre-written replies that you can select and customize.

Just choose the response that best fits your needs and then edit the text to make it more personalized. Best of all we’ve got you covered with reply options tailored to the sentiment of the customer’s review (positive, neutral or negative).
Short on time? Let filtering do the work.
Maybe you have 50 reviews or maybe 500. No matter how many you have, chances are you don’t have a lot of time during the day to monitor all the inbound feedback. When time is short but you want to make sure you don’t miss something important, use the Reviews Timeline filtering feature to help you locate specific reviews.

For example, maybe you want to find all the positive Google reviews in the past 60 days that you haven’t yet responded to. No problem! Just set your filter criteria, click save and view the results.
